From a modest Jewellery Showroom in Bombay Rankas entered into Textiles and Silks with a network spanning Western and Southern India. It was in the late 70's that Rankas ventured into Property Development as PIONEERS when the concept of flats was still alien to Bangaloreans.

QUEENS CORNER was their first prestigious Project which earned them an enviable reputation for its elegant Architectural Design. It was in the late 40's that a modest jewellery showroom was set up in Bombay. This was the beginning of the Ranka Group, a group that was built on a firm foundation, tremendous foresight, boundless confidence and dedication... All essential parameters needed for growth.

And growth is an index of performance. After considerable success in the jewellery business, Rankas turned to textiles & silks and very soon established firm ground in that field especially in the South... Bangalore, Erode and Coimbatore.
